Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@worldwideshop.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for items in stock. Simply contact us at admin@worldwideshop.com.au to arrange an exchange. If the new item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at admin@worldwideshop.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

Customers outside of Australia are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred when returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
